Benefits of Tea Tree Oil for Natural Hair
Tea Tree oil is particularly effective against fungus, bacteria and viruses and can help with many ailments from sore throats to acne to toenail fungus. The uses of this oil are vast but please note it’s not for human consumption.
To fight dandruff:
Pour some shampoo or cowash conditioner in the palm of your hand and add 4 or 5 drops of the oil. Begin shampooing and leave on your head for about five minutes to allow the oil to penetrate and work. Rinse and repeat if necessary.

I suffer from dandruff and have used dandruff shampoos in the past. This go around I just started adding it to my AO shampoo instead of using a harsher dandruff shampoo. I can still feel the tingling in my hair and no dandruff. Can’t go wrong with that.
